Abstract

~This paper reports result of the effect of tempcrature an thick h!m conductor resistance valug where is sensot. indicator. Argenmr PaUa&lum (PIA@ paste as a conductor is printed on Alumina substrate. The result of measurement shows that the effect of atmosphere is significant to nonencapsulated PlAg paste, them are 0.3 R encapsulated conductor resistance and 0.7 R non-encapsulated conductor resistance. PLAg conductor which is used in this research is linear, and a = 6.519377 I 1W resistancc coefficient. and has 0.2 Q hysteresis IC -2OC und t554: temperaom range
