Damping Constants of Ni-Fe, Ni-Co, and Fe-Co Alloy Thin Films

Abstract

This study investigates damping constant (alpha) values of soft magnetic materials employing Q-band ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) analyses. The FMR spectra for Ni alloy specimens in addition of Co elements are discussed in detail.
