Abstract
Abstract A new planar triode structure of CNT‐FED has been fabricated. The gate electrode and the CNTs emitters were almost on the same plane. The gate pulls out the electrons from the both side CNTs emitters. The electron beam would be focus on the top of the gate electrode.
