A new Analog Circuit Design Based on Reconfigurable Transistor Array

Abstract

This paper presents a new programmable analog device - reconfigurable transistor array (RTA). The architecture consists of an array of transistors and programmable switches. The routing switches not only function as interconnection switches but also switches for charge transfer. The architecture is also highly flexible and allows the implementation of various circuits. With its fine grain architecture, RTA also have the ability of self-organization and self-recovery, it is suitable for the automation design of analog circuit
