Recent advances in technology have made delivering multimedia content easy. The development of multimedia e-learning content has been labor intensive process, requiring a team of web designers and developers responsible for the technical development of these resources, thereby limiting its widespread adoption. However, it is now possible for instructors to develop multimedia content and to publish on the web with minimal technical skills and assistance. Building a rapid development environment suitable for medical training is challenging. Design and executing rapid e-learning course needs less effort than e-learning courses. This paper will present how to integrate multimedia materials into a rapid e-learning course. Multimedia presentations, web pages, video presentations, animations and assessments are important parts in learning the content. Rapid development processes prune some steps of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) steps. This strategy makes it possible to develop high quality and a rapid multimedia content in a quick and educationally effective way.
