Dynamic Social Networking Supporting Location-Based Services

Abstract

Mobile social networking sites have gained popularity among users from all over the world during the past few years. It is a trend to combine location-based information to mobile social networks. A dynamic social networking system based on a dynamic social networking framework is proposed in this paper. The system enables the participants with a common interest to communicate and share information with others within a certain geographical range in a decentralized mode. The user testing is conducted in order to collect user experience and improve the system design. The applications supporting location-based services are also presented. And it can be concluded that dynamic social networking systems represent a promising new model for both mobile social collaboration and location-based services.
