An increase of electrical conductivity by twelve orders of magnitude in polyester polymer doped with acethylene carbon black to an amount as small as 0.2 wt% is observed. The electrical conductivity of such systems decrease linearly with temperature. These dependences can be described by a model assuming non-homogeneous dispersion of the carbon black particles which group around large insulator regions. [Russian Text Ignored].
