Improved evaluation method of major hazard installations

Abstract

Combining major hazard installation with emergency plan, this paper proposes an improved evaluation model of major hazard installations. And we add influencing factors of emergency plan into the evaluation model. It is based on the data which is from some enterprise producing liquid chlorine and chlorethylene and works out the proposed model. Finally, we calculated and analyzed the damage, influenced range, loss of life and personal injury and economic loss. The calculation shows that the efficient emergency plan will reduce the accident possibility of major hazard installations.
