Research on Risk Aversion of E-Government Network Security

Abstract

E-government security is a key problem to restrict the construction and development of E-government and other national informatization projects now in China, and how to ensure the E-government network security has already been one of the most important things that must be taken into account whilst in the process of E-government construction. This paper makes an analysis over the security as required for E-government network and discusses emphatically about security technology platform of E-government network security model, risks of security management and assurance system and its risk aversion. Finally it has put forward the utmost concerns in the E-government network security.
