In this paper, we propose transform domain array processing schemes for DS-CDMA communications. Space-time adaptive processing (STAP) is a useful means to combat the multiuser interference (MUI) in CDMA systems. The computation burden and slow convergence are two major problems in implementing the STAP. This paper proposes optimum and sub-optimum transform domain arrays with different feedback schemes for CDMA communications. The transform domain arrays provide reduced computations over traditional implementation methods as well as offering improved convergence performance, leading to an efficient system implementation.
