Field emission from carbon nanotube mat
Abstract
In this paper, the field emission characteristics CNT-Mats were investigated and the emission characteristics of screen-printed CNTs and CNT-Mats were compared. The effect of UV laser irradiation to CNT-Mats and screen-printed CNT emitters was also investigated.
