Piezoresistive characteristics of single wall carbon nanotube/polyimide nanocomposites

Abstract

The authors for this article have notified us about an error in Figure 3 in POLB21705, Volume 47, Issue 10, pages 994–1003. In this study, single wall carbon nanotubes prepared by HiPCO process were used for all the samples, but the figure 3(a) SEM image was revealed to be as single wall carbon nanotubes prepared by a Laser ablation. The revised Figure 3, caption and updated text for this article are shown below. SEM image of well dispersed (a) 1% SWCNT/polyimide nanocomposite film and (b) 5% SWCNT/polyimide nanocomposite film (cross-sectional views). We apologize for any inconvenience this error may have caused. (1) Page 997, left column, section of "Results and Discussion, Morphology of SWCNT/Polyimide Nanocomposite" Figure 3(a) shows cross-sectional scanning electron microscope (SEM) images of 1% SWCNT/polyimide nanocomposite films. (2) Page 995, right column, section of "Experimental, Materials" Weight percentage concentrations of SWCNT in the polyimide samples were as follows: 0.02%, 0.035% (below percolation), 0.05% (at just above percolation), 0.075%, 1%, 2%, 5%, and 10% (above percolation).
