ChemInform Abstract: SiGe Porous Nanorod Arrays as High‐Performance Anode Materials for Lithium‐Ion Batteries.

Abstract

Abstract ZnO nanorod arrays are produced on a Cu substrate by reactive sputtering of Zn in O 2 ‐containing atmosphere followed by soaking in aqueous Zn(NO 3 ) 2 and hexamethylenetetramine.
