Abstract

Many conflicts going on in the middle of the community as well as among students in secondary schools are frequent brawls, allegedly one contributing factor is the lack of interpersonal skills. Interpersonal skills is an important element in developing relationships with others in order to achieve effective cooperation for coexistence. To suppress the occurrence of conflicts among the students and to the effective adjustment, necessary cultivated on their interpersonal skills. Tutoring Services group as a kind of guidance and counseling services offered in this paper to be used to remember some of the advantages it has.
