The uplink channel in noncooperative cellular networks with distributed multi-antenna sets are considered in this paper. Only matched filter(MF) Receivers is analyzed here, since previous work has shown that the MF receiver performs the same as minimum-mean-square-error(MMSE) receivers when the number of base station(BS) antennas goes to infinite. Compared with the result of co-located case, the multi-user interference is not only determined by the antenna numbers but also its structure and its performance is inferior, the number of antenna sets to maximize the SINR of specific antenna array structure is acquired, further, how many sets are needed to achieve η ∈ (0, 1) of the maximal capacity is also derived, due to the hardware and space limit, the scale of distributed antenna set cannot be too large, which leads to similar behavior as the co-located case with reasonable number of antennas.
