Low-voltage low-power current mode exponential circuit

Abstract

The translinear principle is applied to obtain a low-voltage low-power current mode exponential circuit. The circuit approximates the exponential function through Taylor's series. The total power consumption of this circuit is below 3.5 μW with 1 V supply voltage.
