Predictors of Ultimate Strength of Mistletoe-Infested Teak(Tectona grandisLinn. f.)

Abstract

Du bois de teck attaque par du gui (Dendrophtoe falcata) a ete teste en flexion statique. Des correlations ont ete obtenues entre le module de rupture (MOR) et le module d'elasticite (MOE), entre MOR et la contrainte des fibres a la limite proportionnelle (FSPL), et entre MOR et le poids specifique. La resistance limite peut etre prevue dans un classement par contraintes a la machine soit par MOE, soit par FSPL
