Abstract

Abstract The crystal structures of the title compounds, CH 2 CHCH 2 OC(O)CH 2 CH 2 SnCl 3 .OPPh 3 1 and BuOC(O)CH(CH 3 )CH 2 SnCl 3 .OPPh 3 2 , have been determined. The Sn atom in each structure exists in a distorted octahedral geometry defined by three CI atoms, the C and O atoms of a chelating alkoxycarbonylalkyl group and an O atom derived from the strongly attached OPPh 3 ligand.
