Synthesis of [¹⁴C]‐, [¹³C₄]‐, and [¹³C₄, ¹⁵N₂]‐ 5‐amino‐4‐iodopyrimidine

Abstract

Abstract 5‐Amino‐4‐iodopyrimidine labeled with either carbon‐14 or with the stable isotopes carbon‐13 and nitrogen‐15 was prepared starting from commercially available labeled diethylmalonate and formamide.
