High-resolution Spectroscopy Using Interleaved Optical Frequency Comb

Abstract

We propose high-resolution spectroscopy based on the sweep of the interleaved optical frequency comb by an optical phase modulator. Fine spectrum of HCN gas has been successfully measured with 1 MHz resolution over 4 THz frequency range.
