Influence of cavity dispersion on repetition rate of passive harmonic mode-locking soliton fiber laser

Abstract

The effect of cavity dispersion on the performance of passive harmonic mode-locking of fiber laser is studied. We found that anomalous cavity dispersion near zero could efficiently increase the repetition rate up to several GHz.
