Abstract

Abstract Mixed K1-xLi x TaO3 crystals representing the class of materials paraelectric at high and polar at low temperatures have been examined by EPR of Mn2+, Fe3+ and Cu2+ with particular regard to the “polar glass” state. The single crystal formula of K6Li4Ta10O30 is confirmed by the EPR data.
