State observer and H control observer-based for time-delay linear neutral system

Abstract

The state observer and H ∞ control via output feedback for time-delay neutral systems are studied in this paper. A sufficient condition is given for the existence of the H ∞ state observer of the system first. And then a new criterion of the stability for the closed loop system via output feedback is presented by two linear matrix inequalities. Finally a numerical example is given to demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
