Abstract

Nanocrystaline Ni0.7Mn0.3LaxFe2-xO4 (NiMnLa ferrite) was prepared by the emulsion method. Their structure properties and magnetic properties are characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), the vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), and Mössbauer spectra at room-temperature. Ni0.7Mn0.3La0.1Fe1.9O4 nanocrystal ferrite shows super-paramagnetism properties when its particles size is lower 10.1 nm.
