Optical Phase Unwrapping with Laser-diode Phase Shifting Interferometry

Abstract

A Michelson type multi-wavelength phase shifting interferometer illuminated by laser diodes is used to obtain quantitative phase images. The 2π ambiguities in phase images are removed by using 3-wavelength optical phase unwrapping.
