An image reconstruction algorithm based on a revised regularization method for electrical capacitance tomography

Abstract

The image reconstruction algorithm plays an important role in electrical capacitance tomography systems. The linear back-projection method is simple and fast, but the reconstructed image is blurred, A method based on revised regularization is introduced in this paper. The preliminary experimental results show the method to have advantages as regards the quality of the reconstruction image and the reconstruction rate.
