Lenguaje, corporeidad y cerebro: Una revisión crítica

Abstract

The symbolic approach to meaning is critically analysed. Instead, I defend that language involves the activation of embodied representations, as suggested by experimental results in the fields of cognitive psychology and cognitive neuroscience. Finally, I propose some challenges for the embodiment theories: the compositionality of meaning, abstraction, and mental language.
