Design and Fabrication of Thermo-Optic Tunable Guided-Mode Resonance Filters

Abstract

A novel thermo-optic tunable guided-mode resonance filter is designed and fabricated. The fabricated filter has a spectral width of 12 nm, tuning range of 15 nm, and tuning efficiency of 0.15 nm per degree Celsius.
