Abstract

Abstract The block diagram of a binary digital video extractor described herein together with circuit details is a scheme that can be used to process successive groups of received video pulses in multiple range intervals to determine whether or not a pre-determined number of pulses in any one or more groups exceeds a threshold level of voltage.
