Abstract

City is the political, economic, and cultural center, has a strong cohesive force and radiation force. In recent years, with the rapid expansion of city scale, Flood control of Jiangan as been more suited to the development requirements as a constraint to social and economy and healthy development .This paper study the flood and waterlogging control hydrological analysis based on the research of regional flood and waterlogging control, ability, and provide an important guarantee for flood control.
