Analysis of slot coupled, circular microstrip patch antennas

Abstract

An analysis of slot coupled, circular microstrip patch antennas is presented. The approach is based on conserving the reaction at the coupling slot The cavity model together with an eigenvector expansion is used in the analysis. Theoretical results are compared with measurements.
