Abstract

The recovery of a building donated in 1898 by Juana Ross de Edwards, is the first experience in rehabilitation of social housing with hereditary character.Outstanding in its operation is the decision of the inhabitants to continue living there after the improvement of the habitability conditions and of its equipment.La recuperación del edificio donado en 1898 por Juana Ross de Edwards, es la primera experiencia de rehabilitación de vivienda social con carácter patrimonial.Se destaca en la operación la decisión de los habitantes de permanecer viviendo en el inmueble, tras mejorar sus condiciones de habitabilidad y de equipamiento.
