Piezoelectric radial modes and dielectric properties of manganese doped lead zirconate titanate ceramics

Abstract

Abstract Radial modes and its overtones of the thin disks of Pb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)03 doped with MnO have been assigned using vector impedance spectroscopy and piezoelectric parameters have been calculated. For 0.919 mole percent of MnO ca, Cb, Kp, Qm, M, d33, d31, g31 show a peak, R, L, r, dh a dip and conductivity and tanδ an abrupt Jump.
