Abstract

In the Letter the authors propose a very simple but powerful method of speed and bandwidth enhancement for general CMOS current mirror circuits. Introducing a compensation resistor between the gates of the primary transistor pair of the current mirror can lead to a significant bandwidth enhancement. Simulated and measured results are presented.
