Abstract

The new compound Sr 2 Sb 3 crystallizes in the monoclinic system with a = 667.0(5) pm, 6 = 1297.3(5) pm, c = 1520.8(5) pm, β = 90.09(3)°, space group P2 1 /c. The structure is characterized by Sbe-chains, the compound be­longs to the Zintl-phases
