Abstract

Light and strong long-span structures such as the roofs of stadiums and airports co-constructed from steel wires and polymer membranes are widely observed. On page 2554, Chao Gao and co-workers report ultra-flyweight, super-elastic materials with mimic microstructures achieved by co-assembly of carbon nanotubes and graphene sheets.
