Abstract

Abstract Solubilities expressed by Henry's law constants for carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide in four physical solvents (propylene carbonate, N‐formyl morpholine, Selexol, and methyl cyanoacetate) have been measured at several temperatures ranging from 25°C to 70°C, using gas‐liquid chromatography. Thermodynamic properties including enthalpies and entropies of solution have been derived from the solubility data.
