Ferroelectric Phase Transition in DC Electric Field in [NH2(CH3)2]3Sb2Cl9Crystals

Abstract

Dielectric investigations of ferro-paraelectric phase transition under influence of bias pooling DC electric field ranging from 0 to 500 kV/m were performed for [NH 2 (CH 3 ) 2 ] 3 Sb 2 Cl 9 .The linear shift of T c towards higher temperatures was observed.The A 0 and B coefficients from the Landau state equation are determined.
