A Flexible Framework for Tools Integration using Service Oriented Architecture

Abstract

Service-oriented architecture (SOA) is making strides into every industry, and is providing consumer centric approach to the end-to-end solution. In the business world, acquisitions and mergers are very common. Whenever an acquisition or merger happens, it is required to consolidate the business assets. It is possible to use service oriented architecture (SOA) to arrive at an excellent framework for integrating and consolidating these business assets (which typically include business processes and the various software packages).
