Abstract

B14T13012 thin films have been produced on Pt/Ti02/Si02/Si buffer layers by spin-coating using a mixed bismuth-titanium alkoxide.The crystallization of B14T13012 is ob- served at 480 °C.mesures de cycles d'hystdrdsis out coufirmd le caractkre ferro41ectrique des films 1.
