Abstract

Abstract We report on new results obtained in the solid solution (TMP)2(CuCl4)1–x(CuBr4)x The structure of the pure bromide compound is presented for the room temperature phase. The temperature variation of the incommensurate wave vector is given for this salt. Preliminary results concerning the transition sequence in the x = 0.125 compound, obtained by DSC and X rays, are also reported.
