Permittivity measurements of liquids at millimeter-wave frequencies using an overmoded cavity resonator

Abstract

Liquid permittivity data for 100 to 300 GHz is useful for many applications, but measurements at these frequencies have been limited. This paper proposes using rigorous modeling of an overmoded cavity. Measurements and initial modeling indicate promise of method.
