Abstract

Abstract The thermoelectric properties of single crystals of Fe‐ or Cr‐doped p‐Bi 2 Te 3 , Sb 2 Te 3 , and n‐Bi 2 Se 3 are characterized by Seebeck coefficient, electrical conductivity, and heat conductivity measurements between 7 and 300 K.
