Powder-diffraction data for several solid solutions with the compositions (CaxSr1−x)CuO2 and (CaxSr1−x)2CuO3

Abstract

Several compositions of the solid solutions (Ca x Sr 1− x )CuO 2 and (Ca x Sr 1− x ) 2 CuO 3 , both of which are found as minor phases in the high-temperature superconductors, were prepared by solid-state reaction. X-ray powder-diffraction patterns for three compositions of (Ca x Sr 1− x )CuO 2 and two for (Ca x Sr 1− x ) 2 CuO 3 are presented.
