Structured Illumination Phase Microscopy for Super Resolution Phase Imaging

We extend structured illumination microscopy to allow enhanced-resolution phase imaging. We interfere coherent beams at the sample and use the interference pattern to alias high-resolution information through the system. These components are interferometrically imaged and detected.
