Abstract

Abstract In situ growth of TiO2 nanoparticles on reduced graphene oxide (RGO–TiO2) exhibits good performance of photocatalytic degradation under visible light. The photocatalytic efficiency of GO–TiO2 and RGO–TiO2 in degrading Methyl Orange could reach 99% and 96% within 2 h, respectively. The results showed that the optimum mass ratio of GO or RGO to TiO2 was 0.15.
