Aprendizaje de competencias: un análisis empírico en los estudios universitarios de Turismo en España.

Abstract

Due to new and important challenges tourism sector must face, human factor is the most important resource. Therefore, professionals must have competencies critical for determining competitivity of enterprises and institutions related. Based on that idea, an empirical analysis was carried out to learn about the learning process followed by tourism students to obtain these competencies. Outcomes show that future professionals are actually acquiring both generic and specific competencies they need for their professional future.
