The present article is constituted in the final report of an empiric research that it sought to analyze the form as the work relationships between shepherds and evangelical churches are being treated in the extent o f the Labor Jus dee, more specifically in the Regional Labor's Tribunal of the First Area (State of Rio de Janeiro), being appealed, for so much, to the lawsuits that turned on such dieme. With base in die collected data, she proceeded to an analysis that culminated in the delimitation o f a specific object of study, that it relapsed at the Igreja Universal do Reino de Deus (IURD) in the Metropolitan Area of Rio de Janeiro and in the Baixada Fluminense. Leaving of die hypothesis of die modification of the relationship between shepherd and church for a closer relationship of an employee - the shepherd - of a business church, that requests a mercantile performance in the accomplishment of a missionary activity, it was still verified a traditional vision of the Judiciary on the theme.
