In virtue to pronunciation to several international\norganisms to consider the right of water as a human rights fundamental for life, as\nyou can see in Mexico and other countries hasn’t included in their internal legislation.\nIt’s very necessary to find a solution, this investigation propose to be good for the citizens that allowed them count with a juridical mechanism to facilitate the rights\nto have the vital liquid.
