Sometimes elderly people do not receive services from a global perspective of their situation and only have an assistance level of intervention. The general objective of this paper is to propose ways to improve intervention practice in elderly people after describing what has been done for last 10 years. First, we present a literature review to describe main characteristics of intervention program for elderly people in literature. Second, we propose ways to improve interventions from different Psychological and methodological points of view. Finally, we apply these results to a case study and we propose some ways to improve future intervention programs designs for elderly people.
